Gs300 Transmission Issue, Please Help!

Hi there everyone i would really appreciate some help with my 98 GS300

Basically when i was driving the car when i first got it all of a sudden the car stopped driving, the engine still runs perfect, revvs properly but no drive whatsoever,

First of all i had the transmission oil and filter changed but no luck,

so i purchased a new second hand gearbox form a friend which was running perfectly and had this installed by my mechanic,

but still no luck whatsoever.

The car will still not drive in any gear

does anyone have any insight whatsoever as to what could be the issue here?
