Staggered Setup On Altezza?

Hi folks

I'm possibly picking up an Altezza and was wondering if anyone could provide advice on how I could fit my staggered wheel setup (from an MR2) on it:

17", 8" width (ET35) on the front

17", 9J (ET38) on the rear

I believe the offsets are completely wrong - can I correct this with spacers?

I've pretty clueless when it comes to wheels - is ET35/ET38 mean it will be too close to the hub? Or stick out too far?

Also, appreciate that staggered on FR will not be perfect for handling!
