Premium Navigation Connected Services

I've just bought a CT with premium navigation. So far really pleased, but having difficulties with the connected services.

I've got the Bluetooth element set up with no issues, but when I try to set up the connected services I just keep getting errors telling me it cant connect.

Any pointers / suggestions?

What phone, and what exact error are you getting?

I originally setup the system via WiFi, but as far as I can see, at least one option only works over WiFi and not via Bluetooth.

I'm using a Sony Xperia Z3. I set up the Bluetooth no problem, but then when I tried for the connected services element it asks me which mobile operator I am on. The options were O2 and one other (vodafone I think). I'm on Three so when I pick "other" I get asked for a host of information which I have not been able to find yet.

Now wherever I start up I get a brief message telling me it was unable to update

I don't remember setting up which network, but that may have been due to using WiFi first. I find that I get an error about not being able to automatically download points on every startup when on Bluetooth, but then traffic and parking work fine a minute or so later. Are you getting working traffic, or is it giving a different error possibly related to an issue with the username / password?
