The Powerbulbs site mentioned that when you buy any pair of headlight you receieve a pair of Philips Blue Vision W5W sidelight bulbs. As my headlight pack already includes 2 sidelights, I expected to receive another 2 sidelights from their offer but it never came with the order. They have basically misrepresented the offer and frustrated me as a customer and have refused to give me an additional 2 Philips Blue Vision sidelights.
