hi there,

excuse my lack of technical / mechanical knowledge but i had a mechanic point out an issue to me some time ago which i never progressed..

apparantly im missing some kind of pin which perhaps holds in the rear brake pad? does this make sense? i thought the rattling noise from the back was a broken exhaust mount but apparantly not... he said it was ok to drive so i kind of switched off as my bill was already huge. sorry if this is too vague but can anyone tell me where to get this pin and how to fit?

thanks

The IS rear setup is the same as the gen 2 GS300/430. I did a guide for the rears if you check out this link

Should give you the details you need about the pin and rattle clips.
