While reading the rules (I should have done this when I joined :) ) I noticed a line saying:

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which you know to be false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law, meaning also that you agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board.

Note the bold underlined words.

When scrolling down these set of rules I find a little advert on the bottom saying: "Date sexy Thai women".

Explain please :)
