this will be confirmed BHP not estimated.. that way people can compare the mods Vs BHP

at the moment, the best place for this is in the description.

Wary of adding it as

- the number of people who have a confirmed bhp for their car is very small,

- number of peple who have this information on a mod by mod basis is even smaller

- and not many people seem to be able to estimate their bhp anything like correctly

afraid it would just end up being abused, and of little or no use
