At 60 mph and above my GS430 sometimes vibrates and judders, felt mainly through the steering wheel. Most times there is no problem, even in the 90s.

Both front and rear pads have been replaced and Merrityre have balanced the wheels and adjusted the front toe alignment.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated

If it's just stopped, I'd go with slide pins. Sounds like they've freed themselves up. All the other options mentions are pretty permanent unless you do something to correct it like replace a stud or a tyre or rebalance.

Try some gentle braking at different speeds to see if you can detect the judder again. Better to identify the fault now and correct it than find those brakes just don't work as well as you remembered as you slide into a tree sideways :-/
