Stereo, Amp And Satnav

Hi All.. recently bought a is200 it has the factory stereo installed but when I opened the glove box it seems to be missing the amp ( were all is' fitted with the wring but not the amp ? )

Same scenario with the sat navigation, I've got the plug under the top tray and the loom in the boot floor and also the GPS antenna..

So really my question is...

Would the stereo get power if the amp or sat navigation wasn't connected, I've checked and changed 3 fuses ( radio 1 - 2 and dome ) but it still has no power

OK as nobody knows the answer.. I just have to guinea pig my orginal idea

Yes the amp powers the stereo and the satnav, sounds like the previous owner had an aftermarket stereo fitted before they sold it and removed the amp to fit the amp baypass cable.

You need the oem amp.

Si, before you buy any just double check the connections as there not all the same!!!!!

I've got the Satnav cables in the car.. is the loom fitted if the car didn't have the sat navigation previously ?

No, if you have the satnav loom it factory fitted.
