Speedo Dial Colour

On my old IS250 (2008), I could set the speedo dial to say 50mph mark (and the Rev dial also) so that when the speed went to 50 or above a circular yellow/orange band would light up/appear inside the outer ring.

Is it possible to do this on the IS300h?

I don't think so - I have certainly not find anything on my IS250 (3rd Generation - pretty well the same display as IS300H) to suggest that you can. I thought that that was a useful feature and I wonder why Lexus dropped it.

You can only on the FSport. Fully digital dash, you can set a speed and 2 orange bars will appear either side of the speed display, up to 100mph when they turn red!
