Further to my last post where I was going to take my Lexus back to Lexus Cardiff, after my service record turned up I decided to keep it. I wanted a few bits done so I have been dealing with the manager.

I wanted to take the vehicle in just before Xmas and he emailed me on the 16th Dec confirming that I could take it in and promised to get in touch the next day, well it's now the 9th Jan with still no contact.

I know I can contact them but I think I will just hang on and contact Lexus main office, I would not deal with that dealership again, very disappointed

Its always disappointing when these people who have agreed to call never do and then when you finally have to contact them you get some stupid story as to why they haven been in touch. I would rather they were honest and say they just couldn't be bothered than to expect you to swallow bull. Good luck with it anyway. Just a thought I know in the past involving main dealers its good to let them know its being discussed on here. Give it a go Mike.

Not making excuses for them, but the week before Christmas was probably manic, and with the best will in the world they could have just overlooked/forgotten to call, I am very strong on getting back to my clients, but I have missed call backs before, give them as chance as presumably it will be easier for you to deal with them than go elsewhere?
