2000 gs300 cruise control fault no light on dash help :(

Hi new the Lexus scene I purchased a 2000 gs300 the other nice (lovely big car ) but after a 300 miles round journey the cruise control stopped working but the light is not even coming on , on the dash AV tried to find a fuse but can't find one as the only reason a could see the light not coming on is the fuse not working but any input is more than welcome cause at this point am totally lost

Had this on my wife's IS, turned out t be a loose connection in the switch on the stalk... I have to give it a "fondle" on the back 'till it comes back on ;)
