Have seen some Genuine Lexus IS250 F-Sport UK Xenon Headlights (L+R) on eBay these are genuine OEM ones.

are these a straight swap onto a 2008 IS220d?

I would say - NO, but I am not expert. If they genuine Xenon with DRL (I believe that is what you referring as LED), the DRL strip will (probably) need separate power and Light sensors will (probably) go mad (not talking from personal experience so do not quote me :) )
