I don't think the fox had his feet on the inside of the windscreen. Mind you I've had a fox with her feet on the inside of my windscreen..... many moons ago.

Try plain warm water applied with a mf cloth and then immediately and energetically wipe dry with another separate one.

hi all, solved internal glass cleaning very easy,told her indoors couldnt clean it was leaving streaks she went out ,bucket warm water vinigar ,wash leather .job done ,[and was smear free] sorted .
