Air suspension

Hi

I hope someone might be able to help me! I have had my lexus 300 SE L for about 4 weeks and noticed that my car looked lop sided!! I thought at first it was because of my drive so I parked on the road and still look lop sided! I then got the tape measure out and the drivers side of my car is 1 inch higher than the passenger side! Both wheel arches on the drivers side are a full inch out than both wheel arches on the passenger!

I have tried to see if I can get them in sync by changing the setting to Low/normal/high.  No joy!

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Where did you buy the car from a dealer or private sale?

It could be many things from a faulty height sensor to an air strut problem.

Have you checked the tyres are at the correct pressures?

Yep - that's a key question.

The answer will determine what you do next...

Nope, not had anything back from the seller.  I have got it booked in to be assessed to see what is wrong with it and then going to contact him again with the details.
