Cassette holder stuck in player

Hi I have just purchased a 98 LS 400 and the cassette holder will not come out of the player. I see that from a previous message that there is a manual release button somewhere underneath and that the front facia needs to be removed to get at it. Can anybidy advise me how to do that please.

Welcome to the LOC Derek.  This is unlikely, but I did read somewhere to hold the eject button down for 10 seconds or so, with the ignition on.  Nothing to loose in trying!  You can also find some info for removing the system on Youtube.
