Does anyone know who i can talk to over an issue with Gold Membership

I havent been a gold member for over 12 months as it is of no benefit to me these days and my membership was cancelled. I'm also not classed as gold on my profile.

Now the issue i have is money has been taken from my paypal acount for "Owner Club Membership" from  Auto Clubs International Limited which i believe is LOC Gold membership. 

So who can i speak to to get it refunded
