I am a new member and have only recently purchased my first Lexus. It's an IS 220d 2007.

I am looking to replace the little black buttons on the front door handles.

Any advice on how to replace them and where I can get them from would be very much appreciated

This may not be available as a spare part, you may need to replace the door handle. In any case, there are two choices really.

Ring your local Lexus dealer spares dept. Hopefully they will give you price, part number and description.

Then search eBay / loc8part - here's one on ebay

The cover may just prise off/on instead of replacing the whole handle. You will probably have to buy a handle to swap and see.
