Scuffing sound from os rear

Hi have got a scuffing noise coming from the rear Dvrs side on is200 04

it only seems to happen when there's some weight in the boot and it seems to be worse when I turn left I've had it in a garage but there was nothing in the boot but he had all the wheels off and couldn't find anything wrong no signs of anything rubbing and everything as it should be lots going back next week with some weight in the boot 

am now thinking it could be rear shocker anybody had simaler probs

Sound suspension related,either shock or Spring maybe? as you say it's when weight is on it and when turning left it will be the weight transferring to that wheel causing the problem.
