When I bought my RX I also took out Insurance with Lexus to cover slight body damage .. Paint scratches etc:

I grazed a garage door this morning leaving a few scratches.. so has anyone on the forum used this service ??

It was a little worrying this afternoon that the lady I spoke too was asking me questions about my car Insurance policy.. why ? does this mean if I get scratch repairs carried out by a third party company my car insurance premium goes up next year

If anyone can enlighten me I would appreciate it .. plus do the repair people do a good job or is it simply a quick fix
