GS Wipers

Having owned 4 models in the past I have just acquired a 2012 model GS 450. Only had it 3 days but disappointed in sweep of wiper blades on driver side. It seems to stop at the one o'clock position and I would have expected it to go further. 

Is this normal.

Be sure that they are not in "changing position", a special position where they are set to let them be extracted for substitution.

How can you tell if they are?

It' s a position you can move wipers pushing them upward clockwise, when in rest position.

Ok so how do you revert to normal use/position?

Pushing them down :)
