I thought that. But does this mean that the upchange beep has been disabled / or not present on the upgraded IS-F?

Also, is there an auto upchange going on here?

I must be missing something obvious.

I agree it sounds like the rev limiter and the upgraded ISF has the upshift beeps.

The beep can be turned off, I`ve done it as I found it irritating.

So, in the video, the guy is manually up-shifting once he's hit the limiter - correct?

Can`t remember offhand, just found it when playing round with the settings.

Haven't listened to the clip, but in my 2010 ISF, I've had the beep, hit the limiter and had the 'fluttering' of what I would guess is timing cut. I've got a video of it, I'll see if I can get it onto YouTube and post it.

Just had a look, on the cluster press INFO then at the top of the screen says Beep off, just press it!
