Hi only signed up

On the drive to work this morning car was perfect as always is, but pulled into the car park and noticed the fuel light starting to flash then the needle dropped.. Temo gauge fell to zero, mpg stopped working,  then noticed outside temp guage reading E, so turned the car off and on same problems occured only the Battery light, low oil warning light and brake light stayed on.. So i let it cool down and went to check everything seems normal.. Have read a few threads and cant find a direct answer, hoping you guys can help!! Thanks for reading

When i bought the car it had been lying up for about 3weeks, so Battery was flat but hasnt died since as its drove aeound 300mile a week maybe more than that.. Could be bad and have a lot kf negative/dead cells

I was thinking altenator or moisture causing hassle seems the bottom corners on each side of the windscreen are soaked and a lot of water lying behind them..
