1998 GS300 Pre-OBD2 Fault Codes

Hello,

Does anyone have a list of MK2 GS300 fault codes? It's not OBD2 so I'm using the flashing check engine light method.

The car failed its mot today on emissions as it's running rich. 

The codes I have are 19, 25, 28, 29 and 99(which I presume just means end)

Google tells me 28 and 29 are probably bank 1 o2 sensor 1 and 2 but I'm not 100%. Although I did replace sensor 1 a few months ago so this is odd...

Any help would be much appreciated.

I think, 28 and 29 bank 2 sensor 1 and 2, 25 fuel system too lean, 19 accelerator pedal position sensor.
