Service question - collection

Car is due in for its first service very soon, just wondering do Lexus usually offer a collect + return service i.e. will they come and collect the car from my home?

Yes they should do.

Down to your local dealership.  Bristol will offer pick up / return, courtesy car, or wait and have a coffee

When my car is due for service, my dealer always collects and returns same day.  I can also use the car that they leave here too if I want, providing I have given them my licence details.  It usually costs a tenner to cover the insurance excess.

Convenience is the top reason I use them. My dealer at Edgware Rd offers all three options as per Mike's comment.

I dropped my RX at the dealership for service this week and collected courtesy car,but Lexus Coventry dropped it back to my home when completed.
