Centre brake light

Noticed my centre brake light doesn't work, any ideas how to get them out or test? Anything I need to look for?

The shroud is just clipped into the parcel shelf.

From memory, it comes out easier if you can lift the rear of the shroud on both sides at the same time with prying tools or screwdrivers. It's actually more difficult to re-fit it as you have push down incredibly hard to seat it properly again.
