Hi,

i am a new member that just joint the club less than an hour, please forgive me if i ask some stupid questions or someone already answered in previous topics.

i plan to chnage my RX300 (31000 miles, NJ, USA) tran. fluid, differential fluid, coolant and break fluid. My questions are

1. Is there FAQ that i can check.

2. What are the brand or type of those fluids that i need to purchase, should i buy from the dealer( that i don't like )?

3. All these maintenance are list in dealer 30000 miles maintenance, do i need to do them all?

Welcome to the club. You may what to register and post your question on the US forums as the service schedules vary between countries.

I would check your owners manual about the transmission fluid. I know on the IS, GS, and LS you have to use the correct Toyota fluid and it is recommended to use the Toyota coolant. Any engine oil and diff oil should be fine as long as it meets the specifications given in the handbook.
