sadly no phil it was badged as a 400 but it had the rear radio controls which ive never seen on standard 400

Does that mean it was a Celsior and re-badged?  It doesn't matter which car I own I'll always have a soft spot for an LS.  I'll be surprised if I don't go back to one at some stage. The best cars I've ever owned.

it was badged as an ls400 and on log book but if i remember the guy that bought it from mentioned it was possibly an import

Car mats are Celsior (thicker and heavier than Lexus) and the speedo was originally KMs but the external aerial says Lexus, look under the passenger footwell and see if there is a hollow black plastic tube mounted on the left side.

Arrrr you can’t any more ....just re read your post and you no longer have it.

It hasn’t had an MOT since 2012 and the mileage was up and down on previous tests between miles and KMs suggesting an import, looks like it got scrapped before it hit 100k unless it is laid up in a barn somewhere.
