How To Change Washer Jets

There are 2 ways to do it i.e,from underneath or from the top.

1)If you get a long flathead screwdriver you can unclip the washers this way via the holes, once you've uncliped them they will pull up from the top of the bonnet,be careful not to let go of the pipe, pull the washer off and change it then just clip onto bonnet.

2)If you've got an old plastic card(credit card size)from the top of the bonnet grasp the washer between the fingers lift up as much as possible, slide the card between the washer/bonnet and press card and this will unclip it.

so from the top with a credit card the easier way to change them? im worry i may scratch the paint work on my bonnet... :whistling::whistling::whistling:

Yeah mate, if you look carefully there's a rubber seal around the old ones - I pushed the card in really hard into the rubber seal and lifted whilst applying pressure - didn't even touch the paint work so no scratches :)
