1997 LS400 - Average MPG And Range?

What sort of range and MPG can I expect from my 1997 (MK3?) LS400 on a long run at 70-90 leptons?

Trying to get an idea of how many fuel stops I’ll need over 6500 miles...

from nearly 7 years and 80k miles  with my Mk3 it averages between 420 and 520 miles per tank

just depends on your driving style

Higher miles per gallon usually arises when the car is motoring effortlessly along the motorway at about 70/80 mph, fully laden ...........  and on a sunny day

I get 22 mpg to and from work and locally, with cold starts and traffic, but on a long journey 30 mpg is easy cruising at 70 t0 80. I always refill at 350 odd miles - 50 to 55 litres every time. A 6500 mile trip - I envy you!
