I am currently using an HTC10 mobile phone and have been trying to transfer the contacts into my NX

I have checked the spec of my phone and it is PBAP compatible but, when I try to transfer the contacts it seems to go on forever and never achieves anything.

I can make and receive calls and messages whilst in the car so that side of things seems to be OK.

Just wondering if any of you technoboffins might have some thoughts on this please.
