Front grill upgrade

Hi everyone my wifes picking up a 2014 facelift CT200h Advance 34kmls Lexus approved etc. as her daily short trip driver.

Having looked around I was contemplating if changing the front grill to the nice honeycombe style thats fitted to the F Sport might be a possible mod?

Visually it looks very doable but was wondering if anyone knows if there may be more complicated issues at play?

Thanks for any feedback

Thanks for the quick reply, are the part numbers for the 2014 facelift model or the 2013 pre facelift ? Any idea of cost?
