Hi we have a Lexus 200 IS estate 03 plate. It is an incredibly reliable car but has suddenly causing concern, You go to start the car and it is completely dead. This is happen four times in a week. First one tried to get jump leads from boot assuming dead Battery. Noticed light was on, tried ignition fired first time. Three days later same thing but would not start. arranged to take to an auto electrician but as it was friday 4.30 said bring it on Monday. Left it then tried it on the Sunday fired first time again. Today would not start, dead when shopping. Two minutes later fired first time. Playing Russian roulette every time we drive it. Electrician can not find a fault until it goes wrong permanently or at least at the garage . Suspect the door locking or immobilser but no proof. Any ideas or suggestions
