HIGH MILEAGE ISF WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

Recommended Posts

I don't remember them doing a facelift in 2009? Do you have any photos or details?
110K is perfectly acceptable for a fully documented car. Priced correctly you could get a bargain.

Plenty of cars in the US with starship miles (where fuel doesnt cost the earth) without issue.

I have a late 59 plate car and its not a facelift, does it have the blue band at the bottom of the steering wheel? If not its not a facelift.

Yes mrfunex only had Mine a short time with 66k on the clock was miles for a 59 plate!

This ones in the cadoxton slate grey with black interior, wheels are Kurbed might go for black wheels or the original shadow chrome colour!

No pics as yet so getting excited! 🙂

Mileage not a problem - buy on condition. You’ve had one before, so you should know what you’re looking at!

Sold my 09 ISF with 56k on the clock. Was as solid as my RCF the day I picked it up (with 4k on the clock)

Millage isn’t an issue, me personally I’d be happier with a good Indy history with higher milers as I don’t trust maindealers, irrespective of brand.....I’d definitely check the gearbox oil as both my IS200 and IS300 hadn’t been done, both with full documented Lexus history.......sorry but I know who I trust and who I don’t

My 11 plate had black surround to nav, silver was on the earlier car before the LSD was fitted in 2010 - as others have said you can tell this model by the blue panel in the bottom of the steering wheel, but it still has equal size speedo/Rev counter. Model changed again in 2011 to inc suspension changes, larger Rev counter, sport button on steering wheel (still with blue panel) & LED DRL’s.

As others have said I would buy on condition/history & if the mileage is reflected in the price you will have a very reliable performance bargain 👍🏻

Best of luck with the search.

@Flytvr My last beauty is sat adorning the sales lot at Lexus Cheltenham as a beacon of proof how slow they sell at times, anyway someone had to keep @Mark G ‘old blue’ company in the Listers group stock...... you can here them now reminiscing of past Blat adventures.........
