Help with Injector seals

Hi All,

My car was diagnosed with an injector seal leak on cylinder 2 and a suspected compression leak. This was diagnosed by the AA and confirmed by JEM Car of Colindale. They have recommended a main dealer for the fix. 

Can someone please recommend a good independent to sort this out please?.....or any suggestions.

Do you have any diesel specialists nearby?

They'll be much more knowledgeable and have many more unique tools than a dealer/garage.

Changing an injector is pretty straightword on the 2.2d engine, unless it's been leaking for a while and coked up. Should be 30 mins to an hour if straightfoward. Getting the seal out may be trickier

Thankyou @Farqui, I used a local diesel specialist and job was all done for £150 including removing the carbon build-up in the engine. Thanks for the advice.
