Now that is quite a deal...15k miles & 4 main Lexus dealer stamps, I think black leather inide is the nicest of all interiors.

Even at £10k I think the bloke is dreaming. Least desirable colour inside and out (hearing aid beige shall we say?). I'm sure the condition is good, but bear in mind it looks like every inch of it is blathered in tyre shine/engine bay shine/leather balm. I feel greasy just looking at it lol

Now this I fancy.....get two year Lexus warranty in it and you're fixed.

Lexus only do a warranty on cars under 10 years old 😞

The wording on the Extended Warranty Document Duncan, says the following

"(f) is less than 10 years old and has less than 140,000 miles on its milometer at the start of the first Warranty"

That is rather different to what you have said Duncan and implies (to me at least) that so long as cover is continuous, then vehicles which become older than 10 years or  go on to have covered in excess of 140,000 miles may continue to be covered.
