Hi everyone.

Apologies if I have posted this in the wrong section or if this has already been answered.

I am planning on sprucing up the spoiler on my gen 1 gs300 sport, but I can't seem the find the paint. I know I need diamond white pearl (051) but after contacting my local Lexus dealer they do not have it in stock.

I have been told 5-6 weeks before they have it, but it is only touch up paint which will not be enough for me.

I have found these guys:

https://xtremeautoaccessories.co.uk/products/lexus-es300-white-pearl-code-051-aerosol-spray-paint-chip-scratch-repair

But I am not 100% confident in committing to a purchase yet. Im worried about starting the painting and then realising it's not a match, I just wanted to know if anyone can vouch for these guys and has purchased paint from them before. Preferably the 051 paint.

Thanks everyone

Aamir

I always use a company called "R A Romart auto motive" at Lye, Stourbridge, Westmidlands. Tel 01384 891281
They specialise in the refinishing trade products, and mix there paints on the premises putting it into large aerosols with fan spray nozzles if required, and will post the products. Paint matching has always been excellent, and there service is fast.

I have nothing to do with this company apart from buying there products over many years.

I could be wrong, but I think your paint code uses a three stage process, a color, a pearl, and a clear cote. They charge circa £10 per aerosol last time I purchased. They will give you all the information you require over the phone. Nothing is to much trouble for them.
