I have an Is 250 sport and the wing mirrors always folded in with the key fob until I had the car Battery changed

it has now been in for a service and they tell me this car does not have that option please tell me I am not going mad!!

It was registered in 2010

As far as I’m aware, every facelift model (from 2009 onwards) has the auto mirror fold feature when you lock/unlock with the key fob. 2005-2008 models have to be done manually

It's possible the function got disabled when the Battery was changed. Next time you are in the car, go through some of the functions that are toggled on/off with the satellite switch on the underside of the dashboard.
