Hi All,  I’m Andy, just joined as I will be buying my first Lexus in a few weeks, I’m going for a IS250 around 2012 +, I currently have a Mazda 6 sport and have been tempted by the likes of the German brands but have heard different reports about them, and I don’t want to go from a ultra reliable car to one that causes issues! So that left me with Lexus, love the car and the equipment levels etc, just a first question, I live 40 mins from a Lexus dealer and was wondering if Toyota can do the servicing as there is a dealer within walking distance? Many thanks and I will keep you updated with progress

Andy

I live at least 30mins from my nearest Lexus dealer and I always just drop the car off, pick up a courtesy car nd then Lexus always drop my car back to me after the service.I”m sure they will even pick it up if you so wish.

I'm pretty sure some forum members here get their car serviced at Toyota dealerships instead of going to Lexus. Shouldn't be a problem unless you have a warranty that needs to be maintained by main dealer services.

Are you looking for a late-model 2nd-gen car, or a 3rd-gen one (2013+)?
