UK CARS are right hand drive and Spanish car are left hand drive.

Usual for entire headlamp assembly needing to be changed on most vehicles.Seek advice from Lexus UK.

Do not overlook the rear of the vehicle as Reversing and Fog lamps will need to be repositioned.

If they're the LED headlights, they wont need to be changed. I think the xenons will though
