Fitting Springs

Hi all,

I'm sorry if this has already been mentioned somewhere, but I carried out a search and couldn't find anything...

Anyway I've just aquired a set of Sport springs for my SE and would like to fit them, the question is...How?

I am reasonably mechanical minded and would like to carry out the job myself (for the job satifaction... and the money saving... :winky: )

Are there any manuals guides etc that would help me? or is it best just to jack the car up and have a look/go.. ?

I'm also going to paint that calipers whilst the wheels are off, the I can apply the caliper stickers i bought about 3 months ago...
