Yes, the sensor, while sensitive, is still suggesting there is an issue. Change in temperature can sometimes cause this. 

 

When mine comes on, I check the tyre pressures, more often than not, it has identified a slow puncture. When the tyres are changed, then press the set button as the new tyres should be good and the sensor will need to be set at this point. 

 

(if the tyres are changed at Lexus, they usually press the button)

Not the greatest unit to work in (kPa) but yesterday morning the TPMS warning light came on and the OSR tyre was a little low compared to the other 3. Pumped it up, checked the other 3 and everything all good.
