I know I need major service including inverter coolant replacement in 150k. Called Lexus for a quote, I was shocked to hear £1149 for my is300h 2015.

Please could anyone recommend me a Lexus or Toyota Hybrid Specialist independent garage in Surrey or surrounding areas.

Someone is trying to rip you off 🙂

Inverter coolant is done every 100k miles. Another more expensive one is every 60k miles for spark plugs. 

Beside that it should be simple minor/major.  Minor for IS should be £265 and major £445. 

Check with another dealer.

Bit late to this thread but for future reference I would highly recommend Toyotec in Red Hill. Run by a guy called Russel who is very knowledgable and honest.
