Borrowed a CT Advance yesterday

GS was in Lexus Chester for ;MOT,Annual Service (80.000 miles) and Hybrid Health Check. All passed, no problems and a bill of £280 which I did not have to pay as I have  a Service Plan whereby I pay a small amount of £34 monthly.

This monthly payment has been fixed since July 2014 and will remain so until December 2021. A no brainer me thinks !!

They loaned me a CT Advance and whilst it was not as quiet, nor the ball of fire that my GS can be, it was perfectly satisfactory, economical, well equipped, well constructed and it performed faultlessly.

I did not enjoy the Low Profile Tyres and the relatively harsh ride, but I would be more than happy to trade down to a CT when and if the need arises.

It has  a Hatch, folding rear seats, can take my Golf Clubs and Trolley easily and exudes genuine quality.

I have no plans to trade down, but should I wish to do so I am comfortable with what awaits me.

I had one for a couple of days recently too and I thought the same as you. And agree regarding the 17s. Too big and too low a profile. Ruined the ride for looks.
