LS430 Bluetooth, any good?

Being stuck in traffic today I started playing with buttons and discovered I have Bluetooth, any other 430 owners have it and is it any good?  I had it in my GS which was two years newer but it wasn't very good.  I don't want to bother playing with it if its no good.

I didn't find it great. Most people used to ask me if l was down a tunnel.

I have mine on constantly connected to an S7.  No problems at all.  Incoming calls are clear and loud, especially when its the wife wanting picked up at Tesco !!!

Incoming texts can also be translated to voice message, but system gets a bit confused with shortened text words and symbols and it often sounds like the message is coming from someone in Lapland..

Well I managed to get the phone paired with the car which surprised me.  So far it has been excellent, much better than the GS was.  Impressive really for a car that's 15 years old.

Bluetooth on my LS430 works as good as it does on friends more modern cars, - it connects reliably and quickly, and people sound clear through the sound system
