I know with the Hyper and Super Drager Exhausts from HKS, you can buy a baffle to queiten them down a bit. Can you but one for the HKS Silent Hi-power to make it a bit louder. I bought it because I didn't want to go too loud. But it's just a bit too quiet now. :blush:

Baffles will only make it quieter ;)

That's why HKS called it "silent" :whistling:
