IS250 Dash Cam Install

Thinking of putting a dash cam in and was wondering about power, don't really want to run a lead to the fuse box, are there any possibility's of hooking up from the map light?

Easiest way I found was to use a power lead from the OBD Port (simply plug it in) They also have a switch so you can keep camera running for 5 mins after parking or until Battery drops a certain amount. 

You'd need the correct one for your camera.

Neither did I! That makes things much easier.

I used a jumper fuse in the LH fuse box, ran the wires up the left pillar, all hidden, nice and neat . can't see the camera when driving, can only just see it from the outside.. love it and has come in useful a few times already
