How does one upload photos?

I cannot see how to do this--can anyone advise please?

In the text input box, bottom right there is an orange "other media" button.

To the bottom left is a "drag files here" to attach or choose  files link. This is good for uploading from one's pc. If one wishes to attach images from the web, simply copy the image address by right clicking the image, then just paste the address into the text input box
