Buzzy vibrations

Recommended Posts

Hi all. I’ve noticed some buzzy vibrations around the passenger door area and roof. I’ve had a quick search on the forum and there’s a few comments on door seals but they tend to refer to rattles rather than annoying buzzing vibration sounds. Before I try to pinpoint it further, just wondered if this was a typical issue and whether there’s a fix. Thanks in advance.

Could be a slightly loose door pocket, which can transmit its vibrations upwards or sideways.  Empty the pocket, and then next time you hear the vibration, put your hand on it and see if the sound stops or resumes when you take your hand away.

Thanks for the replies, will check those things.

@rayaans anywhere specific on the b pillar? Thanks.

Usually near the seatbelt height adjuster. In most cases the b pillar plastic needs to be removed

For a few weeks i had this slight buzzing noise from the passengers side, i knew i had emptied the rubbish and always removed bits from the side pockets like I normally do.. I just happened to look into it amd found my mums metal framed glasses, I didn't realis she had left them there, and as she has a couple of frames she wasn't missing them. The noise was due to her glasses..
