It's perhaps an academic question as Lexus don't seem in a hurry to build one ("early 2020s" was mentioned in one news article) and by the time they have the competition will be way ahead: eg https://www.pocket-lint.com/cars/news/140845-future-cars-and-upcoming-electronic-cars-of-the-future-coming-soon

They're not in a hurry due to reliability concerns and poor infrastructure. 

The first EV Lexus will be the UX. It should be released officially end of 2019 and deliveries in early 2020
